The world's third-most popular drink. Hats off to the bro in 8500 BC who decided to put some grass in bacteria and let it sit for a while. And then drank it.
We've refined the process since then, and our favorites are beers that are made locally in and around Houston. For some reason, we really like it when people support local businesses. Favorites include craft brews by Bearded Fox, Yellow Rose, Karbach, Lone Pint, St. Arnold, 11 Below, Southern Star, and Celis.
